Pulling Teeth
An installation created for the 10-year anniversary show at Space 1026 called “1026: NEVER FORGET!”. Assembled from trashed and donated televsions, it was a 16 channel installation with each channel’s audio fed through a mixer with unnmarked tracks. The viewer, wearing headphones, would have to find the audio for a particular screen and had the ability to mix up to all 16 at the same time.
The four screens at the bottom were combined into one large monitor which played the “Space 1026″ documentary piece. The other monitors had randomzed scenes that were cut up from over 10 years worth of documentation of the Space.
